1. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within the specified return window. Depending on the product and its condition, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Note: Some items may not be eligible for return if labeled as "No longer needed."

2. Device-related Issues:
For problems arising after use or beyond the return window, we'll guide you to the brand's warranty center, if applicable. Ensure you retain relevant documentation and proof for your return/refund claim, such as unboxing videos and invoices.

3. Order Cancellation:
Goodymart.Store reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch for reasons like mispricing, out-of-stock items, expiration, defects, malfunctions, or incorrect information. This decision is at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Process:
In unavoidable circumstances leading to order cancellations, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer's Goodymart.Store account initially. The customer can report the issue as a refund category, specifying the desired refund type (e.g., bkash/bank) and providing necessary details.

Upon order cancellation, the customer will receive a refund of the principal amount but will not be eligible for associated offers or cashback related to that order. The refund timeline may extend up to 30 working days, subject to the payment service gateway provider's policies.

Refunds will be initiated through the same payment channel used for the original purchase. However, Goodymart.Store reserves the right to consider alternative refund channels for a quicker and more convenient process.

Customers are not entitled to extra cashback or bonuses beyond the principal amount in case of refunds. Goodymart.Store is not obligated to cover any service charges or costs associated with the refunded amount.
